My hands haven't been that bad but my feet have been horrible! I've been using one of those massaging foot bath things and then a pumice stone followed by a very creamy lotion and socks. I try not to waltz around barefoot anymore because it seem to dry my feet out even more.

This will work during your pregnancy and after. When you are in the shower or bath use a pumice stone to smooth away the rough spots. afterward use a good moisturizing lotion to keep them soft between baths.

There is a great stone file by Dr. Scholl's. It has a light blue handle, and has a "salt" look to the stone. It has done wonders for getting rid of the dead skin on my heels. I use that first. Then, I smooth my feet with a Dual-Action foot file from Dr. Scholl's.

If you want a cheap exfoliant, try mixing a little bit of sugar with your regular lotion it will slough off the dry skin.
