Alot of guys tell me how beautiful and pretty I am and tell me how i am such a cool person to hang out wit and always hang around me and talk to me but never ask me out. why?(some of them even later on tell me that they liked me)

They feel intimidated by you. Seeing as you have so many qualities, they are attracted to you, but at the same time intimidated. They don't have the courage to ask you out and confess their feelings, but they don't want to be away from you either, therefore they may be happy with just spending time with you as friends and hoping that one day, you'll make that step or they'll be confident enough to do it themselves.

Well, i think the guys are intimidated by your beauty.
Not insulting you, but some guys have low self esteem and they are afraid that beautiful girls are hard to upkeep and satisfy.
Maybe you can assure the guys that like(d) you that you ain't no spoilt brat and stuffs. Tell em not to have that general mindset that all beautiful girls are high in maintenance and stuffs.

If you are a very beautiful person, nine times out of ten the men feel intimidated by you...maybe they even think that they're not worthy of you , best way to solve that problem is to show them that you are just a regular down to earth person who just want to feel needed, with none of the material things standing in the way.

Maybe you are too beautiful? Men can be intimidated by that. OR maybe they just look at you as a cool friend and nothing more.

I do not know, but perhaps I can guess? Maybe they feel discouraged at how you are too far out of their league for them. Maybe they're trying to console you, or cheer you up. Maybe they can never fit you in and/or it always slips their (male) minds. Who knows?

theirs a girl that i really like, but i'm afraid to ask her out only cuz i know that if we date, we break up, then she'd probabley never want to talk to me, ever again, and i wouldn't want that, so it is possable that those guys all, like you to much to date you yet, but the chances of all of them feelin that way are slim, but not impossible, but this is just how i feel on the subject

Maybe you are so pretty that you are intimidating them and they don't know how to make the move...
Maybe you should make the first somewhat move and let them know that you are interested so they don't remain intimidated.
