I would really appreciate as much answers to this question as possible. Being a believer in God myself, I have seen proof that God exists. I would love to hear everyone's special experiences if they would like to share them with me.
I'll start with one of my many experiences... this one is kinda corny.
Once upon a time, a long time ago, I met a guy...
He has been special to me ever since I met him.
But I don't talk to him, we just met once through a friend, and that was it. I see him every now and then around my college campus, and all I can do is stare.
Anyways, one semester, I did not see him at all. I thought he dropped out, or just graduated. And I started to get sad. So I prayed to God one night, "God, please let me see this special guy tomorrow up close, close enough to make eye contact with him."
Hehehe... and guess what happened.
He was walking towards me the next day, right up my alley, and I got to make eye contact with him.
So yeah, your guy's turns! :)

Please read my words carefully:
If you see footmark in the sand, you'll say that someone passed from here...
If you see a piece of dog sh*t on the ground, you'll say that a dog passed from here...
So what about the enormous universe, the sky, stars, planets, earth and all the beauty in it, doesn't it lead to that someone made it?!!!

Some people say that everything is created by itself after the big-bang... I won't ask you about what caused the big-bang, but I'll ask you a simple question:
If you take all the letters of the alphabet, multiples of them, and you threw them randomly on the floor. Do you expect (by a chance of one in infinity) to get a poem like shakespear's??!!

Can't you see how organized our universe is, the planets, the eco-system on earth, look even in your own body... Can you control your heart-beat? Can you control your breath while you're sleeping? Who stopped your eye-lashes from growing after reaching a certain length? Who told the baby turtles to move towards the sea and not to the earth after they come out of their eggs? Who taught the bird how to make nests?

My friend, think with your heart and brain. If you're still lost, think about the following:

Do you know how to play safe?
Your point:
If there's no God and you do all what you want in life, then nothing will happen to you after life. But if there was God and you were mistaken, then you'll blame yourself FOREVER...

Believer's point:
If there's God and I followed His commands in life, then I'll be in Heaven after life FOREVER. But if there was no God and we're mistaken, then nothing bad will happen to us after life...

Now you know how to play-safe, in case you're not convinced?

My mom, my friend and I were visiting the Grand Canyon one summer. We didn't get there till nighttime, and still didn't GET THERE because we had taken a wrong turn. We were all so bummed out! My mother was especially bummed out because she had heard so many stories of how beautiful the stars are out there, but of course it was cloudy that night. On our way back up the road we came, my mother prayed and asked God if he could clear up the clouds or SOMETHING so she could at least see the stars. Over about a 30 minute period, the clouds cleared in one area of the sky and made a HUGE circle of clear sky, and we got to see the stars for about an hour :) Then the clouds filled back in. Cool eh? ONE MORE!!!

On the same trip (the three of us went around the US one summer) we were in Wyoming looking at all the geysers, and we were waiting at Old Faithful for it to go off. You know about that one right? Anyway, we were waiting for that thing to go off for over 30 minutes, so my friend and I were like, "can't you ask God to make it go off?" A few minutes later she told us that it would go off 10 mintues and 45 seconds later. (Rough guess on the numbers, it was some exact minute and second) Anyway, we watched our watches, and that freakin geyser went off 10 minutes and 45 seconds later, right when God said it would! THAT was awesome.

I know I really shouldn't say this, but I can't help it. Do you *really* think that something as trivial as running into some random guy you only met once and then saw around campus (I know at least a hundred people that applies to) means that God exists? Sorry hun, but why would God answer your prayer about seeing this random guy when he doesn't answer prayers from good people who are sick and dying and suffering?

would you really appreciate as many answers?fair enough.have you ever considered that if everyone experiences a coincidence and then attributes it to proof of God,what would be the answer for the atheist? they have coincidents also dont they?so this is not a proof for existence of God.its a faith thing.you believe it so it is.

Several times I had to pray, but it worked. I asked if God would help my brother start coming back to church. Well right now he is coming, when he can make it. Him and his wife are both studying also. I'm very proud!

i believe in god
i am a spiritualist medium who communicates with spirit
these spirit are validated and proven .. through descriptions names dates etc given ..
through these validated spirit i am also able to speak with my spirit guides ..
i have also read and been taught spirit teachings through other spirit guides ...
to have all this validated and proven leaves me no doubt that spirit live on
now ...to the god question
spirit speak of god ... they speak of spirit realms ..the spirit teachings speak of god ...
so if i was to disbelieve there is a god i am disbelieving the spirit teachings and ultimately spirit itself .. which means i am disbelieving myself
so it goes hand in hand for me .. i have proof of spirit who speak of god .. so logically for me anyway .. god exists
this is the best way i can explain it and i accept not many will understand .. but i hope it helps explain why " I " believe in god

Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?
