it's a short person who feels he needs to be superior to everyone. The Napoleon Complex person generally is very confrontational and is over compensating for his short height.

A short man who feels inferior because of his height and thinks he has to be tougher and meaner than any big guy around to make up for being short. Many times these men were picked on and bullied when they were kids, and are still over-compensating as adults.

Yes. It usually refers to short males that have an attitude towards larger males. They feel thet they must prove themselves a better man. Also known as "Short mans complex". I am 6'2", 235 lbs. I've worked in security and also as a Bouncer/Doorman. I run into these guys all the time.
