What equiptment do I need to start editing photos?

I want to start editing photos/web sites for money, but don't know where to start with software and hardware... HELP! (for minimal money)

Hi, I recommend the program from google, Picasa,
it's amazing what you can do with it in just an hours of fiddling, for a free program this is tops, you can get it from here:

A computer, and Software!

A program like Photo shop, and any "ANY" JPG, GIF, BMP, .......

Many program can be found on the web for free.

picasa2 from google is good enough.
