Google Picassa is a spammer...he leaves that same link to everyone even in the Dating & Auto repair section. It is a link to a nasty virus...DON'T CLICK ON IT...IT WILL DESTROY YOUR COMPUTER!!!!.
As far as the Photoshare frame...I've never heard about it. I wish all help lines were 24/7. Sometimes I perform a Yahoo search with keywords for my error and I get lucky and stumble accros other who had similar issues to mine. Try that.
