Team America made the word Jihad way to popular! Jihad means to struggle the foremost "Jihad" is the internal struggle to avoid the evils of this temporary life, not fighting or harming people which is the common view of the word. If someone deported you from America wouldn't you fight to get back in?

They'd have the right to declare Jihad on that country. Jihad is the right to defend the faith. Deporting everyone who is of that faith is an attack on that faith in one way or another.
