hell no.. Im extremely tickleish.. I wouldnt be able to handle that.

It depends on a variety of factors:
How skilled id the tickler?
How smooth and long are their fingernails?
What are they tickling me with? Fingernails? Sonicare Electric Toothbrush? Feathers?
How long are they tickling me?
Do I want to be tickled by the person tickling me?
For the most part, in a consensual tickling encounter I can keep my feet fairly still while I laugh and squirm from the tickling. My feet are very ticklish but I have trained myself to try not to move too much if I am enjoying it.
This is not always the case but it is the norm.

funny you should mention this, i have never been a ticklish person, i can stand my feet being tickled, but if anyone came near my ears i would freak out, i am very sensitive there

No, If my feet are tickled I become uncontrollable.scream, and kick-out. Others end up in pain cos I've kicked or kneed them where it hurts! Not intentional, honest!

No, I cannot. In fact, I can't keep my feet still when anyone is touching them, including doctors and pedicurists.

Hell no. My feet are so tickly that if he touched them evenly gently I probably still kick him in the face.
