Your kitten is "making bread" it moves it's claws on you like it would a mamma cat, to stimulate milk production. It is also "wool sucking" your hair, just like sucking milk from it's mamma. Your kitten has decided that you are it's mamma.

Maybe he's tried digging his claws into the rest of you and can't get a response. Maybe he's realised the rest of you is covered up by bed clothes. Sucking on your hair may suggest he thinks you're his mummy and is simulating sucking on the teat. What time does he do this at? Is about 5 in the morning? If he's anything like my cat, he seems to want you to put some food out which he then ignores and goes outside to do whatever cats do at that time in the morning, then comes back and eats it. If you don't want your cat to wake you up in the morning, now is the time to shut your bedroom door and keep him out.

What your kitten is doing is called "kneeding", and he will probably do it even as an adult. It is completely normal, and it is his way of showing affection towards you.

Kneeding comes from when your kitten was just little, and still with his mother, since it is what he had to do in order to get milk to come out of her brests.

Basically, it just means that he now looks at you as his mommy figure.

My animals have weird habbits too. My cat Hayes likes to sit on the edge of the bath tub when I take a bath and paw at the water when I go under to wrinse my hair. My old cat Duzell actually used to take baths with me, and he loved being shampooed.

My cat Wiwi likes to stand at the end of my hall way and meow non stop at me while I'm watching movies, and my dog likes to tangle her runner around trees when I let her out, just because she knows that it will make me come outside and untangle her.

it extremely is called sterotypical behaviour = same as OCD in people. Blanket sucking/chewing is the main undemanding behaviour in doggies and kittens that are weaned too early! whilst they're mature canines that's in lots of cases inspired by way of boredom or 'frustration'/feeling insecure. Is she an nerve-racking canines? it extremely is not a risky behaviour yet there are suggestion on a thank you to attempt and alter it in case you're desirous to.

Absolutely! Without fail everytime I have a new visitor to my home my male NEUTERED cat brings in his cuddly donkey toy dumps its in the middle of what ever room me and my guests are sat in then does his mating meow and humps his toy. He also does this every night when I go to bed...but brings the toy into the bedroom just so I can hear him better...

Every time I feed my two dogs I place two bowls of food on the floor with the water bowl in the middle, both dogs eat from the right hand bowl and ignore the food on the left and if I only put one bowl down they won't eat.now that's weird.

my cat gizmo wakes me up every morning by jumping on me and licking my toes
she's normally in a playful mood
and most of the time she runs around like mad and banges into the walls and stuff
the funniest thing she has done is climb up the curtain and then jump on the bed

Dixie peeks around the shower curtain and watches me every morning when I shower. Shasta has to run around behind behind the sofa and dart out the door instead of just walking out when I open it. Smokey chases his tail till he's drunk dizzy. Cornbread will take spells and just run and meow for no reason. aren't cats delightful!

When I let my cat in she runs up the stairs and all the way up she makes really strange nosies, she sounds just like R2D2 it's hilarious. Also when she is 'treading grapes' on something soft like a blanket she dribbles everywhere!!!!
