NO.

In the book of Romans, Chapter one and two, you will see how God has provided that nature literally cries out that there is a creator.

Humans not hearing the gospel in any form still have the ability to accept or reject this basic knowledge of the one we call God.

They may have another name for their creator, but they still accept or reject that they are created beings. If they do this, they are counted as righteous.

Now, for the one who states that we should not spread the gospel (good news) of Jesus Christ.

The bible tells us to do this, and we should. It is very freeing to one who has never heard the gospel to hear it and know that they were right and that they were created and to finally know who it is that created them.
For those who have rejected that they have a creator, it is sometimes being told and shown by someone, the very thing they need in order to believe.

It is never bad to spread good news.

Zechariah 8:7
This is what the LORD Almighty says: "I will save my people from the countries of the east and the west.

The Gospel is spreading more and more- God knows who will be saved. HE IS GOD! And he is not coming back until the last person, that is to be saved, gets born again~ As he says in Ezekial 18
32For I have no pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Lord GOD; so turn, and live."

--Also Romans 1:20 Is clearly stated:
20For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.

No. But remember God knows your heart. There are 2 judgements, one to separate the believers from the non believers, and the second to separate according to how well you obeyed. It says that the word of God is written on the heart of every man. Therefore we do know right from wrong, so what we do with that knowledge is that second judgement, supposing yu were born and raised in a jungle and were never ever given the word of God and never had the chance to accept or deny Him.

God is faithful and just:

Romans 2:11 For there is no respect of persons with God.
12 For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;
13 (For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.
14 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:
15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;)
16 In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.

somewhat, some Gnostics believe that Jesus recommended Judas to betray Him. God used Judas for His applications. I received't bypass the finished huge-spread Christian bit, because i'm particular you've it memorized by technique of now, Jeff. something of it isn't conceivable. The plan replaced into worked out as God the author wanted it to be...and as such might want to no longer/can't be altered. To even think about it truly is an exercising in futility.

Hypothetical!!

IF you never heard about Jesus,
then have you fully lived up to the knowledge you have received?

And how do you know what "revelation" you might get just before you die ... to make sure that you have had every opportunity needed?

The law of God condemns you. Have you heard his law? If you have heard and yet disobeyed, then you are condemned, unless you have forgiveness of the One who is the Law.

No

Of course I don't beleive any of the "Jesus is the Christ our savior" junk anyways, so from the (percieved) standpoint of a Christian:
Yes. That's why they have missionarries.
