Im going on a caving trip tommoro and I will be wading in waist deep water that is 50 degrees. I can not have a cold!

Do you not want to CATCH a cold, or do you have one now and want to get rid of it? If u dont want to catch one, then just dress warm. If your going to be wading around in water that cold, then have some kind of waders on to keep ur body heat in. As to getting rid of one? just keep fluids in you, dont smoke (if u smoke), and just take some medicine.. the best i've found is benedryl cold and sinus.. take 2 and by morning you should feel much better.

You can not get rid of a cold fast. That would be a cure and there is no cure except unless you count drinking plenty of fluids and getting plenty of bed rest for about a week to two weeks.
There is some medication that can alleviate symptoms - but the cold remains. You'll have to wait the cold out for its duration. OR you can go caving in water up to your waist and risk pneumonia. I had a friend die from pneumonia by the way.
