You can read about it in Acts 19. The temple of Diana was a world-renowned site in Ephesus. The Ephesians were afraid that, because of the spread of the gospel in Ephesus, the temple of Diana would be ignored. Therefore, they started a riot against Paul, shouting "Great is the goddess Diana" for many hours until they were finally dispersed.

Demetrius did.
Demetrius sold idols to the people in Ephesus. |But when Paul stayed there he converted many to "The Way", this, put Demetrius out of business so he filed false charges against Paul and encouraged the people that Paul was a bad man.
