ok well i am intrested in one of my friends step sisters she is one of my friends and a co-woker and we have been flirting for awhile its just that she has a boyfriend and he dosnet treat her the way she should be treated and im jsut not sure what to do. im really into her im just not really sure how to proceed on from here any help?

You need to stay away from her. Take any thoughts of those kind away. She has a boyfriend. Period. No other thoughts should be crossing your mind.
Whether she is being treated the way you think she should be treated or not, it is her decision to stay with him. You can continue to be her friend only, but if it bothers you and you still want to be more than friends, you need to stay away from her.
You wouldn't want some guy to steal her away from you if it were the other way around. Give her boyfriend and her the respect of their relationship.

Well it's not perfect situation!!! But if u really guys like each other u can try talk, but if she has a boyfriend u should be careful, not every guy is gonna be nice after finding out that u flirting with his girl. So I think it's better if u just wait and see, if she really likes u, then she will break up with her boyfriend and then u can already try to date each other.

if you truly feel that he is not treating her that way you would .... then try it old school.... write a love letter .... it might seem stupid... but my guy did it and it saved our relation ship.....he said that he loved me and all that jazz.... but basically just say that you love her and that from you r eyes that you would treat her so much better and just make it sound good.... cause you could be saving her from a real asshole

its up to her if she stays with the boyfriend she has. but let her know how you feel and leave that thought with her. read tips on dating and more on relationships to help you better on this site

just be yourself and compliment her..when she sees that there are good guys left and looks at what she has maybe she will realize what she can have and be a lot happier.
