ive been there man, well not really, but kinda,

i love this girl, we're good friends and she doesnt really seem to wanna date me (only a good friendship wit me is wat she wants)
so i told her i loved her and shes talkin to me more now, not sure if she likes me but we're talkin more n stuff
tell her you love her man
if she's mature, she wont stop talking to you, she will accept it and maybe tell you she loves you back or that shes not interested in you that way
girls love honesty, TRUST me on that one

Wait a couple of weeks, and keep asking her out, but don't do it too often. When you do ask her out, have something in mind, like, "Hey, wanna hit up that new movie with me this saturday?" And only ask her out when there's something to do. Just because she rejected you doesn't means she hates you or doesn't like you at all. It might mean she needs to see something more of you.

if she doesnt want to go out with you there is nothing much you can do. you cannot force someone to like you. read tips on relationships and love to better help you on this site

Take time to evaluate what you love about her and why you love her. Examine yourself and see if you can find reasons for her to be interested or not interested in you.
