i like a girl and shes sorta my friend. i feel like i can never have her and i can barely talk to her. also, i always look at her.... i cant help it... i tell myself not to look at her and get over her because she'll never like me.. i need to know how to get closer to her and become an even better friend and/or get her to like me. ---ADVICE?---

Well first off, you can do it dude! Have faith in yourself! Second I've been in this situation before, since she is your friend don't go up to her and tell her how you really feel right away, that may cause awkwardness in the friendship! Also think if you can't get her this time you will have a great friend! Finally to answer your question, what you need to do is ask her if she wants to go to the movies with a group of friends, then progressively after a few weekends ask her to start going just the two of you, then ask her if she will go on a date with you, dinner, the movies, the whole nine yards! just be her a friend make her trust u to being a good freind see this is how it all starts first friend then best freind then boyfreind/girlfreind relationship so u gotta keep earning her trust as a freind so dont rush and say i really like u can u go out with me thats not going to help and dont be so obvouis im in the same $hit as u r and im on the bestfriend catagory so trust me on this one

You really need to talk to her if you cant in person maybe through instant messageing getting 2 people to like one another takes a good amount of time. so you need to start from base 1 , talk to her

honestly,I see the way you worded your question,and I can tell you lack confidence in yourself.........I was just like that with girls,and I think the best way to approach a problem like this is to build up your confidence,and just fix yourself up,be suuuuupperrrr nice things (i.e. open doors for her,listen to her problems) I think any guy can get any girl if they just dedicate themselves to helping the girl out with their problems........every girl loves to talk about their issues and whats going on in their lives,so just hear them out be a friend (no matter how pointless the conversation is,and trust me,they do get pointless) just hear them out
youre already her friend,and you already kinda talk to her...thats half the battle man!!!

dont be someone else, be yourself
never lie to her, dont ever hurt her, do anythin that u would do for an actual girlfriend (or a really good friend)
and see how she responds to that

well 1st off talk to her more. try to be kinda funny but dont make a fool of yourself be you. dose she live close? maybe try and hang out with her. Just tell her how you feel is it that hard to tell someone how you feel.

first of all work on your self confidence..women love a confident man...start hanging out more and do things she really likes to do.....try and do things with just the two of you...don't lie to her.....just tell her how you feel and ask if you guys could go on a date.........good luck
