In the Bible, the first 5 books tell the story of the foundation of Judism. Genesis tells of Abraham. Exodus will give you the laws and the full explaination of what God expected. Leviticus will further explain these laws and give you the Holidays and their signifigance. You can find Judaism on a website and it has the symbols. But it is not legal to promote another website here so you will have to ferret it out. God bless.
