If the Neosporin does not work (or somehow exacerbates the wound) see a doctor asap.

I had that before. Just pour a little porixide in the wound, it will kill the germs that are in the cut. than after that, dry it with a sterile piece of gauze, get a qu-tip and put a little anti fungal cream on it, than wrap your finger in a bandaid. that in the next week, you'll see some progress. If my advice doesnt work for you, than i suggest either you look it up on the internet, or go to your doctor.

hope my advice helps you!!!

Use a cortisone cream and put spray liquid bandage over the cut so nothing tampers it.

you heel a paper cut by using medicine and keeping a band aid on it at all time

Ouch! I would use the skin glue you can find at any pharmacey. It will keep it closed, and not open again.
