I would not do that to my own friend,
you can do that, but theres only one you can get,
neather your best friend or her ex.
theres no way that you can have both. if he can break up with your best friend and ask someone else out few days later, he can do the same to you after he get tired of you.

I kno exaclty wat you are going through my boyfriend that i have been wit dated my close friend b we began datin eventhough we were preteens at that time it runed our relationship because I wasn't honest and up front with her, however we just finally got back cool. So don't make the mistake that I have be honest with her and ask her if it is okay. If she says no then mayb he isn't worth losing a best friend or give her time i mean they did they just break up. Good luck

Personally, I would never do that to a friend. Especially after they've just broken up. She needs time to get over him. If you really like him, ask her about it and see if she would mind at all. If she says she would, even a little, I wouldn't. There are so many other guys out there.

Be grown up and talk to her about it. Tell her why you would really like to date her ex. She should understand. If not then it is a choice you have to make on if you want to hurt her and take the chance of making the same mistake she did.

Best friends should not date eachothers ex's. If you are true to her on this and yet she is not true to you in the same respect, then I would find another friend, she can't be trusted, and yet you can. You deserve a friend to pay you the same respect as you give. Blessed be.
