Well I was watching judge Judy and there was a case just like this,.
SOme kids stoll a cone that was in a frount of a hole in the road. It was found out that these kids took it after a car was damaged because thy took the cone.
Thy were found guilty and made to pay for the car. Pay a fine,and if anyone had gotton hurt thy would have be libile for it.
My advice return it or just leave it some where and ease toy mind.

Your hands will be chopped off, you will have your family burned and then you will have to pay $500,000,,000,000,000 in cash and spanish gold coins. You will have to return the cone and buy 24 more and serve as the local counties slave for eternity. Or you could just do communtiy service and pay a fine.

They tie you up in a public forum and shove the cone in one's rectum(male) or vagina(female) It really sucks. Armed robbery is the way to go.

I would assume if caught you would do some probation and community service time, if not some county jail time.

Stealing or borrowing it? and it depends what you are going to use it for (safety?) If you ask for one they usually give them to you. We use them alot for safety.
