Sin is a list of impossible rules that religion sets up so that the followers feel guilty about not being able to meet them. This plays on a common human emotional insecurity, making the followers feel they are worth less and need the religion to help them.
Pastors are also followers of the religion, and, therefore, fall into the same trap. They don't stop being pastors for not being able to follow those impossible rules any more than the followers stop being followers. In many cases, the reason they become pastors is out of that guilt of not living up to those impossible rules and fearing that they have to do more to gain a little more favor with the god.

Yes, we also have to remember not to judge that pastor they are only human as well. I think that as soon as a preacher/pastor falls into sin everyone judges them; but what we have to remember is that same pastor prayed for everyone else when they were in sin. So yes he should still be the pastor

It depends. If the Pastor is living in open sin and refuses to see the error of his ways then the congregation needs to approach him and ask him to repent and move on. If the Pastor refuses to listen and continues to live in open sin then the church can excommunicate him so-to-speak.
But if the Pastor is struggling with a certain sin and admits that he needs help then he stays a Pastor. Albeit a good idea for him to take some time off to deal with his struggle.

Galatians 5:9
A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.
--No a Pastor should not continue in pastoring a church if he is in sin....
Prov. 28:13 says, "he who conceals his transgressions will not prosper."
-He needs to repent- But that doesnt mean he can never be a pastor again- But he should step down until he gets "back on track"
( Actually are you meaning "living" in sin? Because that is my answer to someone living in sin) Of course we all sin- and ask for forgivness, but to continue in an on going sin, without repetence- that is different)

Pure religion arrived undefiled and remained unspotted,
in it's come and go "visit"-ation unto those "afflicted"
with a bad case of life + death(doesn't end with life).
Impure religion arrives defiled and continues defiling.
In "Christ", in whom "that God" was(2Cor 5:19),
reconciling the world unto himself(light void of darkness),
there is "no sin"; Because "Christ is the end of the law".
To the adult woman(church), who committed "adult-ery",
the jugdment notably is: "neither do I condemn(law) you".
And the exhortation is: "go(learn) and sin(law) no more".
And such is notably upon the second uprising of JC;
after twice stopping and finger writing in the ground,
perhaps finger writing groundead and groundead,
(with the finger of God and the fingers of a man)
is what those who accuse and condemn get.
God did not send his Son to condemn(law): Jn 3:17
God's Son would not accuse(law) anyone: Jn 5:45
Somebody pls tell bewitched pastors this dear john story: Christ is become of no effect to you, whosever of you are justified by the law: ye are fallen from grace. So maybe it reasons falling for and into the law law hands of God on high, is a fearful thing to do. And don't ppl recovering from getting high and mighty on law law afterward speak of a higher power to help them get over(above) it.
The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

If you are talking about a specific sinful pattern such as adultry then most churches fire those ministers. However everyday "Sins" such as anger are generally overlooked since everyone has some sin in their lives. Even say anger though if it becomes an issue will get a minister fired. At least it works that way in my church.

Everyone sins, even pastors. That sin component is what makes us human. No one is perfect.

Yeah, why not. No man is without sin. He's a man first, before being a pastor, and he to sins..

Yes. Pastors are people too and are not perfect. Also if he/she experiences grace he is more likely to preach it personally. They will be called to a higher accountability though.

Yes- everyone sins
Only Jesus was "perfect" - If that was the case then there would be no pastors
