Do you really believe if there is an Almighty creator or "God" that God needs our servitude and worship. That the main purpose of our existence is to pray on bended knee and sing the praises of the so called prophets and the creations of religion, well which one? What practical service or function can we perform for the "Almighty" creator? Indeed it is humankind that wants and needs to worship the creator and reap the perceived rewards of doing so. How may we serve... each in their own way, or not at all, because in the end the degree of religious servitude doesn't matter. What truly matters is if you're a good person or not, regardless of your religion, or lack of it.

I don't know about anyone else, but if this is what He had in mind when He made me, then He really messed up. I far too proud and loving of my own pleasures to enjoy serving anyone, much less someone who is Omnipotent and Omniscient and who appears to be insane. If He is Omnipotent, why would He need or want any service from anyone? Wouldn't that be a good definition of insanity right there? I have no problem loving Him and loving Her, and I have no problem thanking Her and thanking Him, but obeying what has been edited of what He said in the bible to redound to the benefit of those in charge of the plethora of churches in our society? No way!

Everything i do I do it for God. I am sending you this right now for GOD. I owe my life to him and serve him from the time I wake up until i go to sleep and always. If I mess up I rpent of my sins as I serve God in all I do the best I can as a human who is a sinner.

From the Holy Scriptures, all men are allowed the free exercise of their will to choose the destiny of life and salvation or the destiny of death and abandonment to destruction.—Rev. 22:17.
God does not force an individual to accept either destiny, and in that sense he allows to every intelligent creature the exercise of free will. Here on earth the opportunity is granted by God to all creatures to choose either destiny; and this would not be the case if they did not have the freedom of choice or the power and opportunity of free will. All descendants of Adam are in the fallen, sin-degraded state, and it is to these that the offer of salvation, through God’s way and for his purpose, is made. (Rom. 8:28) If for one to be an imperfect sinful member of Adam’s family meant the loss of free will, then it would be foolish for God to give a single human creature the opportunity to choose everlasting life in God’s new world, for then the sin-dominated creature would have no powers of free will to make a choice for something better from God’s hand but would be held hopelessly enslaved by sin and the Devil. And if any would then gain salvation through God’s way, it would have to be because he forced them contrary to their degraded wills to accept his way of salvation.—John 10:14-16; 2Â Pet. 3:13. Even thanking god is of free will.

Yes. The question is have you realized this fact or not. In view of Gods Mercy, we are to become living sacrifices to God. Paul was talking specifically about those that have chosen to accept Jesus as the Son of God.

I wasn't made for that and I honestly don't "serve" anyone. However, I do feel that if "God" wants us to "serve" him, he would like us to spell everything correctly and capitalize his name, because it is technically a proper noun.

Nope, not really. As there isn't any evidence of any God, there really isn't much point to "serving" any of them...
