Welcome. You'll grow a thick skin quickly around here, or leave in a few months. You'll find this category full of Atheists and Christians, a sizable group of Pagans, and quite a few Muslims. You'll also find that a lot of the questions fall into three sub-categories, 1. Contentious 2. Non-sense (like the What Should I Do Retard's) 3. Honest questions (there aren't many of these, but keep looking they're there).
I'm Mormon.

Christianity was my FIRST LOVE. And after 35 years of studying
many faiths. Metaphysics, science, and the occult. I remain
so.
But I am a Christian according to the teachings of Christ, as
opposed to mans interpretations of Christ.
There are indeed other realities, and we are a higher lifeform
that can partake of those realities.
Salvation doesn't come from becoming perfect. But from
accepting our imperfections. Forgiveness is the key to
releasing all the karma and retribution, and freeing onesself
from this world.
LIVE AND LET LIVE.

I am a Humanist. Humanism teaches that an ethical and moral life can be led without diety based religion. Humanism is compatible with other religious beliefs that do not depend on any entity that provides all knowlege and creation thus making us Atheist.
Humanists believe that all problems can be overcome with collective thought and action.

Here is a link describing the various types of Humanism and their doctrine.

Have fun! There's a war going on in here between the immature Atheists and the immature Christians, and the immature Moslems.

A lot of us are enjoying the racket, while others are getting angry that someone dare tell them they're wrong. It's kind of funny.

If I had to pick a winner (based on logical and less inflammatory questions and answers) I would have to go with the Atheists... 'course I'm kinda biased 'cuz I am one!
