Full message is:- SmartBridge Alerts: MotiveSB.exe Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI>DLL
I think in my case it is something to do with Broadband medic.

Agree with geek 546 or goto microsoft and checkout issues with IE7 had same prob myself this fixed it instantly. your pc is trying to find a newer file but the older one has same name and pc gets confused it wont cause any major problems its just annoying. if bt go to bt file in programs and smartbridge or if ntl/ smartbridge and rename the psapi .dll when you reboot this file will then be over written with the new file. if your not sure about doing this get some one who is. good luck

To work around this error:
1. Navigate to the installation location for SmartBridge via My Computer (\Program Files\Alert BT Help Notifier.exe
2. Find PSAPI.DLL and rename it to something like PSAPIOLD.DLL
3. Reboot the system
The program will find the new PSAPI.DLL in the \Windows\System32 directory and function normally.
