The one experience I had with progressive was a good one.

We had a customer who wrecked one of our rentals,
I called our insurance company as well as progressive,
they had an adjuster at our place in a few hours.

It didn't take them long tp pay the bill, either.

No, but do this send them a demand for payment on a fair quote. by date no later than 6 weeks from time of notice. Then go hire a lawyer and have him contact them the day the demand for payment runs out and tell them he is filing a law suite. Make shure they don't try to postpone the court date. if they file to change the court date counter there request and prevent it from happening. If your demand is fair the court will give it to you. and they will try to run you out of money by postponing the case. This is normal practice from ins. co. Good Luck

So, what's your problem? You need to be a tad more specific.
PS -- ignore the idiots that think running to a lawyer will get you everything you want in life.
