Libra men are not easy to understand at times and can vacillate terribly over small decisions...such as where to go to dinner and when, for example. While basically a "good catch" for a prospective partner, this is not the man for anyone who possess a jealous streak and he will certainly give any relationship a run for its money before all is said and done.
