I personally like jalepeno soup because the spice clears up congestion.I also eat hot ramen noodles because of the steam.Another alternative is oatmeal.

Since "good" is relative to the person doing the eating, I can only tell you what I eat when I'm sick. I like chicken noodle soup, vegetable beef soup, and sometimes a soft-boiled egg on toast. I tend to drink a lot of hot tea and boullion, too -- stuff that's easy on the stomach, tastes good, and makes me feel better.

It depends on what sickness you have a cold or other respiratory illness Chicken soup is the best but no cream based soups or milk stay away from dairy products they make the cold worse
The flu water and dry toast and it's not very appetizing but it's usually the only thing that you can be sure won't turn your stomach

Chicken Broth soup! Cambells Chick Broth um-um good! lol! I once had a REALLYYYYY bad case of the flu and i ate the stuff for 3 days and i was better in 5days!

Chicken soup, often refered to as jewish penicilin is an exellent souce of nutrition, and a restorative. It is easy to digest and keep down. My mother use to feed me milk toast: scalded milk, butter and toast broken up in a bowl. I liked it when I was a kid, but as an adult not so much.
