the bar man pulls out a gun and points it at the man
the man says thank you and the barman pours his drink
why did the man say thannk you ???

I think I have come across this one before.
The man has hiccups so the barman pulls his gun out and points it at him to give him a shock to get rid of the hiccups
That is why he was grateful to the barman, hiccups are so annoying aren't they!?
