There are lots of reasons guys don't call. They're used to getting wrong numbers, they lose them, AND they only collect them as a way of proving to themselves, and/or their buddies that they "still got it!".
But more often than not, I would say that guys that don't call have probably gotten a vibe from you that while you're willing to give them a number they don't think you're really want them to call. You might pay close attention to how you're coming across next time you give out your number.

Because the thrill is in the hunt.. And getting the phone number is as good as a kill to some guys..

sometimes they're too drunk to remember who's number they got!
