=that is so cute but I am sure it can be annoying as well. I did not realize that they acted this way. I have a little dog who does the same thing so I usually let him sit on my lap when he is feeling needy. I also have a small, fluffy pillow on my desk which he is content to lay on and wait for me to finish my work. Domesticated animals need to be near their humans. They get lonely too. Enjoy your bunny. Seems that you've got a special one

Your bunny has bonded with you. Not sure if that means he thinks he's a person or you're a bunny. Either way, he likes to be with you. If you leave him alone, he'll come back to you, but you don't have to pet him. Just let him 'hang out' with you. Dogs aren't quite as dependent because they have other experiences -- dogs get taken out for walks, for example, whereas rabbits don't. So the bunny's world is much smaller, and you play a much larger role in his life than you would in a dog's life.

Aww, it`s so nice to see people who cares for their pets. My dog is almost the same as your bunny. Since I`m the one who pets her most of the time, we developed a strong bond. This has also become little problem. Every time I return from the university or from shopping, she receives me happy and at the same time demanding attention. I`m always petting her, but sometimes she turns greedy and demands more attention. When this happens (most of the time) I tell her: "No! That is enough for today." And then she crawls back to her little dog house. Of course it breaks my heart, but sometimes you have to put limits for your pets. That is what you have to do with your bunny, put him limits and teach him that you cannot be with him the whole time. I know it`s going to hurt for both of you, but it really helps.

I just got a rabbit, and she wants nothing to do with me most of the time, so I am a little jealous.:) Does your rabbit have toys that she likes to play with while you're busy? My girl LOVES this hay ball from Marshall's Peter line of pet toys. She also likes a cardboard box filled with shredded paper. I know what you mean though.... if she is sitting on my lap and I stop petting her she looks up at me as if to say "who gave you permission to stop petting me???" Good luck! It sounds like your rabbit loves you! :)

Lie in the floor, put your book (charts, laptop, etc.) in front of you with room between your arms so he can curl up. If he lies on your book, get another one he can lie on so you can read the one you have. If you can't put your computer on the floor, you will just have to wait to study... bunnies first, life later. he he. Any critter who has bonded with you will want attention, you give it as they give it unconditionally.
