i really like this guy but he never talks to me he just stares at me and smiles or turns his head when i look at him and today in math class i heard him telling this girl cindy should i ask her out and she said yes but me and cindy dont like each other so was it me and i dont want to ask him though

I would say wait till tomorrow and see what happends. Don't get super excited bcuz if she doesn't like you then she may not have been talking about you. I'm sure she was though. Have one of your semi-friends that is kinda friends with her ask her tomorrow or have one of ur semi-friends ask the guy. I say semi-friends bcuz if you have like ur best friend ask him then he'll know it was you who wants to find out. If you want him to know then have ur bf or his bf ask him. The best thing to do is wait till tomorrow and if you want him to know tell a girl who is a super gossip freak around him and he'll catch the word i'm sure. Good luck and I hope next time you ask a ? ya'll are going out. Don't you love social school. LOL

you can sit around and see if he ever gets up the nerve to ask you out. i'm guessing that won't happen. or you can go have a chat with him and ask him out.
