need more information. this could mean different things. was the boy ( a boy ), teen or man? a man kissing you on the forehead, and nose to me is romantic.

If he is your boyfriend, tell him to take kissing lessons. JJ! Some would think that he really likes you and could kiss you anywhere, some would think that he doesn't want to kiss on the mouth for some reason, smoker, bad breath, etc. You shouldn't have a hard time figuring it out. Good Luck!

It is an expression of fondness for you. Probably he really likes you and is too shy to kiss you on the lips. He needs you to give him a sign that you want him to kiss you on the lips... Or you could just kiss him on the lips and make your feelings clear (boys are really dumb - they don't get hints... you have to be really obvious...)
