Hi Pooh! It's just me again checkin' in to see how you are doin'!
Thanks for choosing mine as best answer, I always appreciate it when I get one that was "Chosen by asker". I appreciate your comments, & plan to take them to heart.
Now to get to your latest question. I would like to refer you back to the last paragraph of my previous answer, & re-read the part about getting some councelling before you start another serious relationship. You are right to try to surround yourself with friends at this time, especially if you are felling lonely, & unsupported, & perhaps scared. But go sloowww on finding another mate. I might be reading too much into your question, but there are possible reasons why you ended up in an abusive relationship in the 1st place. I'm not trying to blame the victim here, but history does have a way of repeating itself, especially if we don't learn from our past mistakes. You may think that you know how you went wrong in the past, but a little councelling will help to highlight these areas, & better prepare you for looking after yourself 1st, so you can be stronger for your child.

I would love to be a friend & offer my support through this rough period in your life, but I am afraid I am too old & too married to be anything more than that. (You sound pretty cute though).

If you think you might benefit from my advice, or councelling you may e-mail me at securityelite@rogers.com
Cheers!

finding a man this way would not be healthy for you or your baby. you are in a fragile state of mind right now with the baby coming and being alone. 75% of women who leave an abusive partner are subconsciously attracted to another abusive partner. with all your fears and your hormones being out of whack, you are not in a good frame of mind to choose a life mate and father for your unborn child. find a local woman's shelter. get prenatal care and counseling for yourself. there are many avenues to take. don't be a co-dependent, in these days and times women don't have to have a man to survive. good luck sweety

right now you should be worried about the baby you are carrying not another man in your life. Go to a single moms home contact your local medicare they can steer you in the right direction. Talk to other women who have been abused. Work on your self esteem and taking care of yourself. Find out what you want in life for yourself and your baby NOT relying on another man!!!

you shouldn't even be considering a relationship at this point, your baby should be your #1 priority........like forever...you don't need a guy you need to get a job and fixed
