if you can't even get a checking account you probably shouldn't be looking at getting a credit card. i'm sure there a tons of people that would love to give you a card though... just do a yahoo/google search for something like "credit card + bad credit okay" -- I'm sure you'll find tons.
Like I said before though, you should really NOT do that.

With all those negatives there. You might have to trado your first born to get a card. The best thing to do is clean up your credit in general. Pay off your bills, get a checking account and try to keep things intact and then apply for a card. There really isn't a short turn around for these things.

The best you can do is find a credit card that will give you a card secured against a savings deposit you make, with a very high membership fee. It's a REAL Visa/MC, but you can't go over the savings amount (your credit limit).
Try this:

Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have... however there exists a solution.
I will hereby talk from my personal experience.
I did debt consolidation a couple of years ago, however If I had to do it again I would pay to some minor details,
if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan, however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first,
a good place to start in my humble opinion is astraight to the point ebook with question and answer I found :

if it helps kindly remember me in your voting!.. cheers!

Generally, if you have "bad credit", it means you have proven you are not capable of repaying a loan. The likelihood that you will find an unsecured credit card is very slim.

Would you lend a total stranger money without any guarantees of getting it back?
