press ctrl+alt+delete.task manager window will appear.select the task and click on the end task button.

Its simple . press Ctrl +Alt + Delete and you will see a window popup . just select the task you want to end and select end task.

click ctrl, alt, del at the same time and windows task manager should pop up and you can do the rest on your own.

if you can't close it, try right clicking the mouse and choose task management, then end task
