Not as such. There is only life. Sometimes we choose to be in the physical world and then we have a physical body. When we are not in the physical we are still alive.
Before and after? Time is an illusion. As is the physical world. Some explanation is on my Web Sites; some is still to come, as is the book.

I use the term "afterlife" loosely. When one dies, it is not an end, but a transition to another dimension--or immediately back to the earth. But yes, I do believe in such an "afterlife."

yes I belive that after you die you meet Jesus and get jugded on how you lived your life. if you were a Christian and followed the 10 comandments and followed and worshiped him you go to Heaven other wise you go to Hell.
