Yet my friends who use drug store face wash and make-up and cake on wayyy more make-up then I would ever dream of wearing have clear skin!!!!:S:( HELP!

Try using a product for oily skin.

Products include Clean and Clear, Clearisl, Acne-Free, and Pro-Activ.

Biore pore strips also work fairly well, I use them myself.

Try getting a prescription medication from a doctor. Genirics(spelling?) work good because I use them and I know how well it works.

Giving yourself a face wash with warm water and Clearisl Foaming Face wash works pretty good.

You can also rub a small amount of alchol or hairspray on no more than 4 large pimples will dry those out.

Do not put it on entire face so your face doesn't dry out.

Do not listen to silly stories like:
Oily foods make you break out.
Sour cream and onion potato chips make you break out.
Chocolate makes you break out.
Or, any others.
These aren't true. Doctors have researched and concluded that they are myths that are not true.

I hope this helps you and good luck!

i totally recommend seeing a dermatologist. after all, they are skin doctors. I used to have really bad acne so i started seeing a dermatologist and my face looks so much better now. i still get pimples every now and then, but it's definitely not as bad as it used to be. i wash my face twice a day, put moisturizer on after i wash it, and take a pill that is supposed to help with the amount of oil my body produces. You should see a dermatologist!!

Your skin works as a 3rd kidney, expelling toxins. Clean up your eating. As for Mary Kay, it is not the best product for your skin. Just a litmus test can reveal that. It contains oils which occlude the skin. As a nutritional consultant you may contact me at afton.srinfo@yahoo.com

Try one of the Bert's Bees Complexion Soaps (pick the one that best matches your skin type). You'll break out more for the first few days but then you'll get smooth skin that lasts as long as you keep using it. They're fairly cheap, $5 at Longs.

ok, I use Biotherm. It is the best! (you can find it at macys) If you use it everyday, your skin will clear up in no time. Like 2 weeks. Also, dont wear heavy makeup! Ecspecially if you have oily skin! It will make them worse! If you decide not to use biotherm, drink alot of water everyday. Eat Salmon and veggies.

After you take a shower... wash your face with cold water. Don't eat oily foods. Other than that and what you are doing I think that you just have oily skin. :'(

you don't say how old you are but it may just be something you're going through and no matter what you use you'll still break out - unless, you go to the dermotologist and find out if you have an acne issue....
