Hopefully you aren't considering buying a used mobile home.

They depreciate so quickly....it's almost better to buy new no matter how hard you have to swallow to make it work.

RE:
blue book prices for used mobile homes?

You have a few choices
Kelly's Blue book, http://www.kbb.com/
Edmund http://www.edmunds.com/
NADA http://www.nadaguides.com/home.aspx?l=1&w=28&p=0&f=5000

To avoid potential lemon, for a small price Consumer Reports (a non for profit organization) will provide researched data about the car. For example, flood damaged, recalls etc.

Best wishes.
