Tough one. The Internet translation is too literal; it doesn't really make sense in French. I would use a whole sentence, that expression doesn't have a neat translation as far as I know.

Hi there Lizzy, I'm a French student and think I can help. Try 'Pour un prix donnant-donnant.' But don't use quid pro quo, the French don't like Latin.
