click tool go to pop up blocker it will open a window. to the side it will say enable and it will be checked . click on it and it becomes unchecked. Now you can view the pop up. To put it back in that mode do the same thing. and it will now have a check again. You can choose to view a particular pop up if you want by just clicking view when it happens. But if you miss that then this is the way to do it.

In order to get online help from the Geek Squad at Brst Buy, you have to unblock your pop ups (temporarily)

If you have the antispy toolbar from yahoo, click on pop up blocker and uncheck it.
Silly question I know, but why would you want to do that anyway?
