The best time is when YOU, and only you, feel ready and know that it's the right time...

Don't let peer pressure get to you!

I don't really think there is any right age to loose your virginity, as long as you are not too young. I myself think you should be at least 16, but what really matters is when you feel like you are ready yourself. Don't ever feel pressured to do it by anyone. I think you have to feel very comfortable with the other person and respect each other. The most important thing is to be careful, use a condom and you should also be on some kind of birth control.

I agree with lisa-lucas. I waited until marriage (25) and have no regrets whatsoever. Don't think I could say the same if I had lost my virginity with my first boyfriend at age 16!

There is no best age. It depends on your maturity, your goals in life, your religious/moral values. Don't go by peer pressure or what people around you are claiming to be their own experiences. Do what's right for you and use good judgement.

When you think you're mature and ready. There is no preset age. Whenever you think its time go ahead and do it. Some parents may disagree but they're not you.
