You could have an adult form of eczema. It is common to occur during weather changing seasons, especially from summer to winter. I have it also on my hands and feet when i go from wearing flip flops all the time to wearing socks and such. You can get this as an adult without ever having it as a child. Dr.'s USED to treat it with only topical medication, but now they describe it as a re-occuring bacteria thing and can give you antibiotics. If you dont want to go that route yet, go get some cream with hydrocortisone in it and see if that does not help you. (walmart brand less than $3.00!)
If it was a foot fungus, i am thinking it would not be occuring on your hands too...that's why eczema comes to my mind.

Im not sure. But I know that it happened to me once. My hands, feet, and scalp were itching really bad. The next day I played the lottery and won! Not a lot, but I still won!

The old folks tale says that it's a sign that you will receive money. Good luck!

Look at you hand(fingers) and feet (toes) if you see little bumps you may have some type of a fungus growing... If you skin starts to peel in a week or two thats what you had... Go to the DR to give you some anti fungus cream

it's probably just dry skin....have you put the heat on for the first time this year? Just use some lotion and if that doesn't make it feel better but cover your hands.feet in vaseline & then cover them with a sock before you go to bet. I know it sounds nasty but your have nice smooth non-itchy skin when you wake up.
