The letter should tell you how to contact her. If you applied for credit and the letter is a response to the application, Corinne Winward may not be an actual person. The bank I work for uses a false name on all correspondence with credit applicants until credit is actually granted. This prevents people who are denied credit form hunting the person down. I've seen letters from people who would try.
