high blood pressure during pregnancy....if it continues the doctor will watch for pre-eclamsia ( the placenta blocking the cervix)...it can cause your feet and legs to swell...reduce your salt intake....elevate your feet and legs to reduce any swelling....and dont eat pre-processed food with high sodium content.
