I was that I was pretty by some boy.
Now, when a guy says that .... does that mean ... gorgeous or beautiful? I mean I know their not going to say "You're gorgeous" because the common words are "cute", and pretty" and stuff like that ....

He told me this, out of the blue. He called my name in the hallwa and said "You're really pretty".
Which meant ....
Guys are sooo complicated!

take the compliment and be happy, but getting too obessed with the word he chose will only drive you nuts, he said pretty, he meant "pretty"....period. I assure you he didn't put that much thought into it, he complimented you with what he felt at the time, but he didn't agonize over which word to use!

he meant what he said..you are pretty. Don't over anylize it dear. By the time you are ready for the real thing, you will hear you are pretty, beautiful, gorgeous, hot, and all that good stuff lots of times. And you already know you are very special. Make sure the guy you pick is worth your time.

It means your okay looking not gorgeous or beautiful but OKAY and he didn't want to offend you by telling you, your the ugliest thing he has ever seen so he lied and said you were "pretty".
