Yes you can marry someone with HIV/AIDS there is no law prohibiting you from marrying whoever you choose.Im not religious but I believe loving someone who is sick with any disease, especially one where other people may be reluctant to do so is perhaps the most "Godly" thing you can do.The bible I believe is full of stories of people who stood by others in sickness and in time of need.I believe that sickness such as HIV/AIDS is not only a test on the strength and character of the person who has it but of those in that persons life and how they treate the sick individual.Follow your heart.Unconditional Love and Human kindness is the way of God,no matter what your religion or what you call him.

I wouldn't go as far as what abqdan is saying to do, but the bible doesnt say anything about not marying someone with a disease. If you are looking for a biblical perspective, is this person the same sex as you are? If you are both the same sex, then biblically, that is wrong. But there is nothing biblically wron about marrying someone with AIDS.
How did the person you want to marry get AIDS anyway?
Oh, and yes if you dont want to get the disease too, then you will always have to use condoms.

Hello. There is nothing in the Bible that says you shouldn't marry someone who is sick or has a disease. If you truly love someone and feel that it is the right thing to do, then marry them. You should also check these sites out. They contain some unorthodox theories regarding HIV/AIDS. They sound a little crazy at first, but read as much as you can from these sites. It may change your perspective about the entire issue. I believe, from personal expreience, that these theories are correct.

I am almost sure there isn't a biblcal perspective on this.

I have a man I care about with hiv and have wondered the same thing. NOT for moral & religious reasons, but for the obvious health reasons.

I assume industrial strength condoms would be in order.

Anyone else answering this, I too am interested in the question...but in a health perspective

You can marry anyone you want to. Forget about the bible and just live your life.

Being married to an HIV partner means you must be prepared to look after them when they are sick, modify your behavior and lifestyle to allow them to stay in the best possible health (diet and exercise are important) and you will probably have to give up hope of any natural children (though there are some things you can do if you want to have kids).

You know I can't give you a biblicial answer: I can give you a "human" answer.

Follow your heart; if you love this person, HIV or not........then, by all means.......marry them: be happy in this life!!
