I have a pain in my left arm from a last year?

My arm sometimes become stiff from tri-cep. While working i did not feel the pain, but when i am free, i feel the pain. i take many medicines, but did not feel comfort. Can anyone guide me the reason of this pain. This quesiton is from my mother who is 54 years old

If this is coming from your mom who is 54 years old she might want to get her heart checked, left arm pain is a symptom of heart trouble.

If this has been going on for some time, you may have a slipped disc in your neck (C-Spine) pushing against a nerve. go to your family doctor and have them look at it.
