I have a 6 month old male kitten that sucks on a blanket for comfort, and lately he has been rubbing his back legs together when he sucks. I discovered that his little thing is out and squirts when he does that. Is this normal?! ( how can we stop it?)

He is scheduled to be neutered in three days. Also, there is NO WAY we are getting rid of him. I was there when he was born, and also bottle-fed him from about 2 weeks of age. ( His mom died)

ohhh..that s soo sweet....no of course you should keep it....but like we do need sex..same for cats.....you should neutered him if u dowanna watch wild discovery live @ home

your cat will grow out of it. it's completely normal. after being neutered, he will eventually stop. just make sure you make it a point to let your kitten know that this is a wrong behavior. eventually he will understand that this is wrong, grow up, and stop it.

Completely normal, especially for males!!! My male used to lick himself just out of reach of us until, well, he "finished," shall we say. If you have him neutered, he will stop.

first of all get him neutered. hes probly not masturbating maybe it jsut does that.. try taking away the blanket first and then see what happens
