Those expiration dates have to do with the time it takes for the sugar, or artificial sweetners, in the drink to begin to break down. It will effect the taste and the quality of the drink. Almost all drinks are not palatable within 14 days of the expiration.
As a merchant (which I am assuming because of your question of sales), I would think you would want to provide your customers with a quality product. All drink companies will exchange out of date drinks for you at no charge. They don't want you selling substandard products that have their name associated with it.
If you do want to sell them, you risk getting a business reputation of having inferior products. If it were my business, I would not even ask the question.

do no longer think of it may kill you yet while is somewhat previous and unopened it ought to be nicely worth something sometime. Bottled water is going undesirable. i'm a chef at a eating place in Atlanta and the owner showes the kitchen team a case of bottled water he found on a similar time as cleansing out the inventory room. It develop into from the 1996 olympics. the somewhat some water develop into long gone. Plus the plastic bottles are actually not a hundred% sterile so anyting no longer killed interior the bottle will start to develop under the perfect situations.

I would not sell them. if someone was to get sick and notice the product purchased from your store had an expired sell by date, they could possibly make an issue of it. Maybe cause a bad seen in your store. Better safe than sorry. Contact the Consumer Affairs Dept. or BBB in your area for more detailed info.

YOu can still sell the sodas. but you probely wont get any or many off the shelfs. Some customers may look at the date. Or you may lose respect from customers for selling overdated goods.

I recommend having the company exchange any past date merchandise ,at no extra charge to you.
Don't risk your reputation in your community by selling things that you feel unsure of .The fact that you need to ask says that you don't feel good about it.
You should always try to keep your conscience clear as a merchant.
Good Luck!

not legally. though rare, the soda can react with the can and put heavy metals in to the solution. you would probably not know this by drinking it.

I wouldn't recommend it. It has an expiry date on it for a reason.

you can sell anything, although I think there's a thing where it won't let you sell them individually, who knows...all depends on the buyer
