This is a quick meal that actually gets my teenager to eat vetables! It's also very easy to add to in case of the unexpected visitor at dinner time. It can also be made a Vegetarian dish with the substitution of soy burger for the hamburger.

Ingredients
1 pound Hamburger (soy burger can be subsituted)
4 cups Cooked egg noodles
1 bag Frozen mixed vegetables
1 package Garlic and Lemon dry soup mix
1/4 cup Water
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Cook noodles in boiling water according to package directions approximately 7 to 9 minutes. Brown hamburger in a large frying pan. When cooked add package of Garlic and lemon dry soup mix. Stir well. Add frozen vegetables and 1/4 cup water and stir until everything is coated. Cover and turn heat down to simmer. Drain water from noodles and pour into a large bowl. When vegetables are tender (about 3 to 5 minutes) add meat and vegetable mixture to noodles and mix well. Serve. This is good served with warm rolls.

Cook's Notes
This one dish meal is easy enough that my teenager makes it. With only two pans and one serving dish, clean up is easy. The recipe is simple to adapt to whatever vegetables are handy or to increase to serve more people. Variations can also be done by changing the flavor of dry soup mix used.

That why the food companies are rich and we take in more unhealthy foods then we should. Preservatives are just bad for us. If you want something quick...Take the time to prepare some meals and freeze them. This way all you have to do is pop them in the microwave...best invention--ha ha. Since you have time to be on here asking questions look up some receipes that are quick and good to freeze. Or do what i do...go to ppl's houses and take left overs for the next day!! ha ha...
