And iam very jelous because i like him and i really do want him as my boyfriend and i dont like seeing them to together there just not right for each other what do i do? HELP

Grow up. just because a guy talks to you and is friendly towards you doesn't men he wants you as a "girlfriend" obviously that wasn't the case for you. He has a girlfriend and whether YOU like seeing them together or not is YOUR problem not his. He gets to make his own choices as to who is his girlfriend not you.
